Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of GridOasis, including the website at gridoasis.com, the web application at app.gridoasis.com, the mobile apps, and any related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who you are dealing with

Grid Oasis is a product of Grid Pulsar(gridpulsar.com), which operates the Service. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” in these Terms refer to Grid Pulsar, except where a specific section refers to TRADESK LLC in connection with paid subscriptions.

Paid GridOasis Pro subscriptions are billed and contracted through TRADESK LLC, a Florida limited liability company located at 7901 4th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States (“TRADESK”). When you upgrade to Pro, you enter into a subscription agreement with TRADESK LLC, which makes the Pro features available to you through the Service. TRADESK is identified as the merchant on your card statement and on Stripe receipts. Customer support, account management, and the Service itself continue to be provided by Grid Pulsar.

2. The Service

GridOasis provides stock market data, fundamental analysis tools, portfolio tracking, watchlists, sector and industry pages, evergreen investing guides, and AI-assisted analysis through three analyst bots (GridBrain, GridSentinel, GridAegis). The Free tier is available to all registered users. The Pro tier (currently US$29.99 per month) unlocks higher monthly AI credits, more portfolios, and a larger watchlist.

We may change, add, or remove features at any time. We will not materially reduce a paid feature you are actively using without either continuing it until the end of your current billing period or offering a refund of the unused portion of that period.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access by emailing [email protected].

You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, that are used to evade limits, or that are operated by sanctioned persons.

4. Pro subscriptions and billing

When you upgrade to Pro, you authorize TRADESK LLC, through Stripe, to charge your payment method the listed monthly fee. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. The price displayed at signup applies for at least your initial billing period. If we change the price for renewals, we will notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. TRADESK LLC is the merchant of record for the subscription and is reflected as such on your card statement and Stripe receipts.

Subscription purchases and upgrades are available only through the web application. Our mobile apps do not offer purchases or upgrades from inside the app.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Pro access until that date.

Except where required by applicable consumer protection law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and partial months or unused portions of a billing period are not refunded. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

6. Not investment advice

GridOasis is an information and analysis platform. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing on the Service is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any offer. We are not your fiduciary.

The AI analyst bots (GridBrain, GridSentinel, GridAegis) produce model-generated analyses inspired by well-known investment philosophies. Their outputs are illustrative and educational. They may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Do not treat any score, verdict, or commentary as a personalized recommendation. Always do your own research, consider your own financial situation, and consult a licensed professional where appropriate. Markets carry risk, including the loss of your entire investment.

7. Data and accuracy

We source market data from third-party providers (currently Yahoo Finance via our widgets layer). We do not guarantee that data is real-time, complete, or free of errors, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it. Pricing, fundamentals, and other metrics may be delayed or revised by upstream providers.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, frame, or systematically extract data from the Service except through interfaces we explicitly provide for that purpose.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute data, AI outputs, or guide content from the Service.
• Use the Service to train competing models without our written permission.
• Circumvent rate limits, credit limits, IP-based protections, or CAPTCHA challenges, or operate multiple accounts to evade plan caps.
• Probe, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, or harm others.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, content (including evergreen guides, sector content, and AI prompts), and all related materials are owned by Grid Pulsar or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial investing research, subject to these Terms.

Market data, charts, and analyses sourced from upstream providers remain the property of their respective owners.

10. AI outputs

You may use AI analyst outputs generated for your account for your personal investing research. You may not republish them at scale, resell them, or use them to train or fine-tune competing models. AI outputs are generated by third-party large language models on our behalf and may be retained by those providers in accordance with their data policies, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account by emailing [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your activity poses a security or legal risk to the Service or other users, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to cure. On termination of a Pro subscription, sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grid Pulsar, TRADESK LLC, and our respective affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will produce gains, avoid losses, or meet your investing objectives.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Grid Pulsar or TRADESK LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment gains, arising out of or in connection with the Service, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to TRADESK LLC for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in that case, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grid Pulsar, TRADESK LLC, and our respective affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, for changes that meaningfully reduce your rights, we will give you reasonable advance notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
