Refund Policy

Last updated: May 23, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for GridOasis Pro subscriptions. Pro is billed and contracted through TRADESK LLC; see our Terms of Service for the full arrangement.

The short version

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then. Subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not refund partial months or unused portions of a billing period.

How to cancel

The simplest way to cancel is through the Stripe billing portal:

  • Sign in to GridOasis at app.gridoasis.com.
  • Open your Account page.
  • Click the “Manage billing” button. This opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel your subscription, update your payment method, or download invoices.
  • Confirm the cancellation. You will keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then your account automatically reverts to the Free tier on the next renewal date.

If you cannot access the billing portal for any reason, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and we will cancel it for you.

What happens to your data on cancellation

Cancelling Pro does not delete your account, portfolios, or watchlist. You retain everything you created while on Pro. Once you are back on the Free tier, the Free-tier limits apply: you keep all existing portfolios and watchlist items, but you will not be able to add new ones until you are within the Free-tier caps. AI credits revert to the Free monthly cap (10 per month) on your next refill.

Refunds

GridOasis Pro is sold as a monthly subscription with full access from the day you upgrade. Subscription fees, including the most recent renewal, are non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for unused days, unused AI credits, or features you chose not to use.

This rule has the following narrow exceptions:

  • Mistaken charges. If you were charged in error (for example, double-billed for the same period, charged after cancellation, or charged for a subscription you did not sign up for), we will refund the affected charge.
  • Service unavailability. If the Pro tier is unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle due to a fault on our side, we may, at our discretion, issue a credit or partial refund proportionate to the unavailable period.
  • Consumer protection law. Where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (for example, EU/UK distance-selling rules) requires a refund or cancellation right that goes beyond this policy, that law prevails for users it covers.

How to request a refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under one of the exceptions above, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Include the charge date, the last four digits of the card used, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed by TRADESK LLC through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting us slows down resolution and can result in temporary suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated. We are happy to look into any charge you do not recognize, including charges showing as “TRADESK LLC” on your statement, which is the expected merchant of record for GridOasis Pro.

The Free tier

The Free tier is free of charge, so refunds do not apply. You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date. Changes apply to subscriptions that renew after the new policy takes effect; they do not retroactively change refund eligibility for earlier charges.
