About

Stereotaxis, Inc. Common Stock (STXS) designs, manufactures, and markets robotic systems, instruments, and information systems for use in the interventional laboratory. Incorporated in 1990 and based in Saint Louis, Missouri, the company serves customers in the United States and internationally, with technology aimed at helping physicians perform complex procedures inside the heart and blood vessels.

A central part of its product line is robotic magnetic navigation, offered through systems such as Genesis RMN. These systems allow physicians to complete complex interventional procedures by providing image-guided delivery of catheters through the blood vessels and chambers of the heart to treatment sites. The company also offers the GenesisX RMN System, which is designed to make robotic magnetic navigation more accessible by reducing the lengthy construction cycle that earlier generation systems required. Alongside these, it provides Odyssey, an integrated real-time information solution used to manage, control, record, and share procedures across networks, as well as x-ray systems.

Stereotaxis also sells disposables and accessories tied to its systems. These include the MAGiC catheter, a robotically navigated magnetic ablation catheter for minimally invasive cardiac ablation, the MAGiC Sweep mapping catheter, the QuikCAS automated catheter advancement device, and the iCONNECT and V-CAS devices. The company further offers interventional devices under the Map-iT, MAGiC, and EMAGIN brands. It reaches its markets through a direct sales force along with distributors and sales agents, combining capital equipment, software, and recurring disposable products in the cardiac care field.
