Safeguard Acquisition Corp. Class A is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed to identify and merge with or acquire one or more businesses. As a blank check company, it has no operations and exists solely to raise capital through an initial public offering for the purpose of completing a business combination. The Class A shares represent common equity ownership in the SPAC prior to its merger with a target company.
