ITHAX Acquisition Corp III is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed for the purpose of identifying and completing a business combination with one or more target businesses. The SPAC is sponsored by an experienced management team seeking opportunities in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. Like other SPACs, ITHAX raised capital through its initial public offering with the funds held in trust until a suitable merger or acquisition target is identified. Shareholders will have the opportunity to vote on any proposed business combination. If no qualifying transaction is completed within the specified timeframe, the SPAC will liquidate and return funds to shareholders.
