Copley Acquisition Corp is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination. The SPAC structure allows it to raise capital through an initial public offering with the proceeds held in trust until a qualified business combination is completed. Copley Acquisition targets businesses in sectors where the management team has expertise and can create shareholder value. If a business combination is not completed within the specified timeframe, the SPAC must return capital to shareholders.
