Muzero Acquisition Corp is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed to identify and merge with a private operating business, taking it public through the business combination. The units trade on the Nasdaq and consist of one share of common stock and a fraction of a warrant. SPACs raise capital in an IPO and hold funds in trust while management searches for an acquisition target, typically in technology, media, consumer, or industrial sectors. Investors purchase units to gain exposure to the eventual merger target selected by Muzero's management team.
