Global Partners LP is a Massachusetts-based master limited partnership engaged in the distribution of gasoline, distillates, and other petroleum products. The company operates through three business segments: Wholesale, Gasoline Distribution and Station Operations (GDSO), and Commercial. Global Partners owns and operates a network of petroleum product terminals and storage facilities primarily in the northeastern United States. The company supplies gasoline and diesel fuel to independent dealers and operates company-controlled gas stations and convenience stores. Global Partners also provides heating oil and propane to residential and commercial customers. As an MLP, Global Partners provides quarterly cash distributions to unitholders from its cash-generating petroleum distribution operations.
